
graphs as shown above can be copied, printed and saved other Windows programs. The PRO-BELT program is first run and the desired graph viewed and saved.
AutoCAD or other CAD Programs
Print the PRO-BELT graphics data using the PRO-BELT Print - Graphics command. Enter this data into AutoCAD.
Run PRO-BELT and load the conveyor data file for which you what the discharge trajectory curve.
Go to Graphics to view the graphics data page and complete input data. Press / and select Graph - Name - Use to see the graph.
Press ESC to return to the graphics data page.
The 0,0 starting point is at the tangent where the material leaves the belt.
The "Tangential Angle" is from the vertical center line of the pulley. A minus angle is toward the conveyor tail and a plus value is toward the discharge end of the conveyor.
Data range X is horizontal distance for each trajectory data point.
Data range A is the vertical distance for the belt line trajectory or bottom of the mass for each trajectory data point.
Data range B is the vertical distance for the top of mass.
Return to the Main Menu and select Print - Graphics to print the data page.
Manually enter the X,A and X,B data points into AutoCAD starting at 0,0 to plot the two curves for the discharge trajectory.
Using Corel Presentations (BEST Result)
Select Insert - Graphics. Change the file type to Lotus PIC. Browse to locate the file and open. The graph should appear on the screen. The file can be saved.
Select Print Setup. Change to landscape orientation. Print the graph.
Using Windows 95, 98 or Me Paint Program
The graph can be printed and saved in the Windows 95, 98 and Me Paint program as follows. This does not work in Windows NT, 2000 or XP.
Press the Printscreen key to capture the graph.
Press the ESC key to return to the PRO-BELT main menu.
Press ALT + Enter keys both at the same time click to minimize PRO-BELT.
Run Microsoft Paint typically located by going to Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint.
Select Edit - Paste to open the graph in the Microsoft Paint program.
Select Image - Invert Colors to change the black background to white for less ink usage.
Print or save the graph file as desired.
Using Lotus 1-2-3 Program
Select File - Open. Change the file type to .PIC, browse to locate the file and open. The graph should appear on the screen. The file can be saved with the worksheet.
Select Print Setup. Change to landscape orientation. Select to Fill page, but keep proportions.
Print the graph.
Using Quatro Pro
Select Insert - Graphics. Change the file type to Lotus PIC. Browse to locate the file and open. The graph should appear on the screen. The file can be saved with the worksheet.
Select Graphics - Edit. Click on a corner of the graph and drag to reduce the graph size within the box border. This is required in order to print all of the graph. Center the graph within the boarder.
Select Print Setup. Change to landscape orientation. Print the graph.
